Experience the taste of summer all year long without the hassle of peeling and slicing peaches! These warm and bubbly individual peach cobblers are made with freeze-dried peaches and a homemade batter for a decadent dessert for two.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Have two 6-ounce ramekins or a similar small baking dish ready.
- Reconstitute the Peach Crisps with water. Let this sit for a few minutes until the peaches are completely soft.
- Mix together the reconstituted peaches, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Divide evenly between the ramekins. Bake 8-10 minutes or until peaches are hot and start to bubble.
- Meanwhile, make the batter: In another medium bowl, blend together the flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and salt. Whisk in melted butter.
- Spoon over the baked peaches, spreading the dough to cover as much as you can, or sprinkle crumbles over it.
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle on top of the cobblers. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes then serve warm or cool to room temperature.
