INGREDIENTS:

Banana Smoothie

  • About 6 oz. of your favorite smoothie base
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Mango Smoothie

  • About 6 oz. of your favorite smoothie base
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Strawberry Smoothie

  • About 6 oz. of your favorite smoothie base
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Apple & Spinach Green Smoothie

  • Handful of spinach
  • About 6 oz. of your favorite smoothie base
  • 1 cup ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender

2. Blend, pour into a glass and enjoy!

NOTES:

  • Feel free to mix and match fruits - there really is no wrong way to go!
  • You can use any smoothie base you prefer. Some classic favorites are yogurt, milk (dairy or non-dairy), coconut water, and plain water.
