Start your morning off with a simple, healthy breakfast yogurt bowl topped with freeze dried fruit!

Directions:
Granola
1. First, make the granola. Prepare by preheating the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grab a medium sized bowl and place the oats, unsweetened coconut flakes, vegetable oil, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract in it. Stir well to combine.
3. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet, bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. 4. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

5. Now comes the fun part! Grab a small bowl and scoop your yogurt into it. Next, sprinkle on top the homemade granola and freeze dried fruit for a crispy, delicious topping! Feel free to add more toppings, such as chocolate bits or nuts.
