Bat Sugar Cookies with Mango Icing

Unleash the sweet and spooky magic with these bat-shaped sugar cookies, coated in an icing made with freeze-dried mango. Sink your fangs into a burst of tropical flavor this Halloween season!

Ingredients

For The Cookies:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
For The Icing:
  • 2 tablespoons milk (use as much as you desire for your preferred consistency)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Purple or Black food coloring

Directions

For The Cookies:

1. Preheat the oven to 350

2. Cream the butter, sugar & vanilla. Blend in beaten egg. Add the flour, mixing only until combined. Tightly wrap dough and refrigerate

3. Roll the sugar cookie dough to 1/4 inch. Cut with bat-shaped cookie cutters

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool

For The Icing:

1. Put powdered sugar into a bowl. Add milk until desired consistency is reached. Mix in freeze-dried mango powder and food coloring.

2. Add icing on top of cookies. Let icing set until hardened and enjoy!
