Directions
For The Cookies:
1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Cream the butter, sugar & vanilla. Blend in beaten egg. Add the flour, mixing only until combined. Tightly wrap dough and refrigerate
3. Roll the sugar cookie dough to 1/4 inch. Cut with bat-shaped cookie cutters
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool
For The Icing:
1. Put powdered sugar into a bowl. Add milk until desired consistency is reached. Mix in freeze-dried mango powder and food coloring.
2. Add icing on top of cookies. Let icing set until hardened and enjoy!
