Shipping is currently FREE on all orders to all locations within the USA, and to most US Military bases. We also do not provide free shipping to non-US destinations.
We ship product within 48 hours of an order being placed, Monday through Friday (we are closed Saturday and Sunday). An email is sent to our customers automatically when tracking numbers become available. However, we do not require a signature upon delivery, so Carrier will just drop the boxes off at your door. Tracking numbers can also be accessed by going to My Account and then clicking View Order Status.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return request, please fill out our contact form HERE Once we receive your return request, we will contact you with instructions for sending the product back to us.
Once we receive the returned product, we will either exchange the product for another product of equal or lesser value per your request OR issue a full refund to the original method of payment OR issue a store credit for the purchase price. (Shipping fees are not refunded for any returns/exchanges or store credit). Please note: If you decide to return an order due to a reason that is not a mistake or error made by Brothers All Natural, a standard return shipping fee of $7.95 must be paid by the customer returning the product to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. *Please note: If your purchase was NOT made on www.brothersallnatural.com, you will need to follow the return policy of the store where you originally purchased the product from and contact them directly to request a return or refund.
